Lauren Olenius
CEO & FOUNDER
Lauren Olenius found her passion as a young girl, helping her grandmother tend to her greenhouse of exotic tropical plants. Lauren took that passion to college in Nacogdoches, Texas where she started maintaining local lawn and gardens for a living. One truck, one mower, one leaf blower and a yellow lab (helper) named Hanna were the beginnings of an idea. Lauren's dream was to create a company that blended her passions for building relationships with people; and creating beautiful gardens. L3 Designs was born. Even though L3 has grown in size, Lauren and her team continue to focus on creating customized solutions for your outdoor project.
